According to Official Dispatch No. 1399/LĐTBXH-VL from the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) dated May 4, 2022, detailed instructions have been provided on the “Process of receiving and resolving unemployment benefits for workers on the National Public Service Portal.”
Note: Before submitting this application, you need to register for an electronic identification account issued by the Ministry of Public Security for citizens.
The procedure is as follows:
Step 1: Log in
- Workers register an account on the National Public Service Portal at https://dichvucong.gov.vn.
- Click “Log in” and log in using the electronic identification account issued by the Ministry of Public Security for citizens.
- Verify using the registered identification phone number.
Step 2: Search and select to submit the unemployment benefits application
- In the search section, enter “resolve unemployment benefits“
- Select “List of public services.”
- Choose the agency to submit the application to and click “Submit online“
Step 3: Enter the information of the worker applying for unemployment benefits according to Form No. 01
- Enter the worker’s information (fields marked with * are mandatory).
- Attach the required documents.
- Choose the receiving agency for the application.
- Review the information and click “Submit application.”
- The system will send a confirmation message to the registered phone number confirming the successful submission.
